Steve’s career trajectory has been impressive, starting as a graduate trainee and rising to the role of Managing Director at a successful life science recruitment agency. There, he played a pivotal role in building an internationally recognised brand and leading diverse teams to success.

This is Hannah, with over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, she considers herself a seasoned professional. She began her career at SThree, starting as a contract recruiter and then transitioning to permanent placements, eventually advancing to the role of Cost Centre Manager.
The exceptional training she received there paved the way for her next venture at Vi International, where she established a recruitment coaching practice and delivered leadership programs within the corporate sector.
After 18 years in the industry, the onset of COVID-19 inspired Hannah to return to hands-on work, leading to providing modern talent solutions and resource benches tailored for consultancies and tech scale-ups.
